Our needle seat modules have been developed to prevent nozzle blockages caused by contaminated adhesives. The module’s pointed needle passes through the nozzle outlet with every cycle, thereby largely preventing the integrated nozzle from becoming blocked. As the nozzle seat has no residual capillary, dripping is virtually eliminated. The integrated fine-adjustment mechanism ensures precise application.
The H340 series module has been specially developed for air-opening and air-closing glue application heads.
Thanks to its design, stringing of the adhesive is largely prevented. The module operates precisely and with high repeatability even with very short response times.
