UES hot-melt adhesive hoses provide a reliable connection between the hot-melt adhesive system and the application head. At standard lengths of up to 9.1 metres, the adhesive is maintained at the set temperature, ensuring smooth application.
The robust hoses consist of a PTFE core with a smooth surface, surrounded by a stainless steel wire braid. The appropriate fitting is crimped onto the base hose to provide the required connection type. Any technically feasible fitting can be connected for this purpose.
Heating conductor alloys and heating elements – which are, of course, VDE-certified – ensure uniform heating along the entire length. The thermal insulation is adapted to suit the specific operating conditions. Finally, a polyamide braided hose provides standard protection against abrasion.
UES hot-melt adhesive hoses are compatible with hot-melt adhesive systems from other manufacturers. Customised designs can be produced without any problems. Please enquire.
