The modules in the H300 series are suitable for spot/bead, spray and wide-slot bonding at normal application speeds and with straightforward adhesives within a viscosity range of up to 20,000 mPas/s. The maximum switching capacity is 4,000 t/min (depending on the control system). Compressed air is supplied to open the module quickly.
The H300 module is ideal for standard spot and bead bonding.
The H340 series module has been specially developed for air-opening and air-closing glue application heads.
Due to its design, stringing of the adhesive is largely prevented. The module operates precisely and with high repeatability even with very short response times.
Also available as a needle seat module.
