The ‘glue control’ microprocessor control unit is designed for universal use in high-speed machines. It enables time-, distance- or quantity-dependent control of up to 6 dot/bead application valves. Each valve can independently produce any desired glue pattern on a blank at speeds of up to 700 m/min. Up to 55/99 glue patterns per valve can be permanently stored in the control unit.
