Hoses
UES hot melt hoses are available for all hot melt installations upwards of a length of 0.6m to 9.1m and even above. They are very long-lasting and retain their extreme flexibility even after many years of use. Their good heat insulation (up to 250 degrees Celsius) underlines their high qualitative standard.
They have an outer diameter of 50 mm (inner 8 mm), are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200°C and pressures of up to 200 bar.

The glue application controls enable time, path or quantity dependent driving of several glue application heads. They control the appearance of glue applications and which adaptations, e.g. in the speed alteration, are made.
Glue application checks ensure the reliable application of the glue onto the support material. For manufacturing operation, it is important that the finished products also conform to the quality requirements. For this, a check is required!
