Controlling
The glue application controls offers time, distance or quantity-dependent
control of multiple application guns. They control the type of application and which
adjustments such as speed corrections are necessary. Each controlled channel is able to
apply individual glue patterns, 64 patterns can be saved permanently with the TI-600.
Line speeds of up to300m/min. with maximum application length of 9999mm or
application time of 9999msec. are supported.
A STOP input directly stops the complete production line to protect the line from
unwanted glue application.
